Location: Cromer Pier in Norfolk, shortly before 5:00am while sunrise was to be at 5:30am.
This image was captured using a tripod-mounted Canon 5D camera, it is an HDR that is made up of 10 exposures all at f/8 but starting at 4 seconds and reducing one stop at a time to 1/125 of a second.
The RAW processing, creating and saving of the HDRI was all done in Photoshop CS/4. The HDR image was then opened and tone mapped in Photomatix.
The final clean-up and image correction/enhancement work was done back in Photoshop.
