Location: Cromer Pier in Norfolk on the east coast of the UK @ dawn.
This image is, of course, an HDRI that has been tone mapped in Photomatix. It is made up of 11 exposures all at f/16 but starting at 15 seconds and reducing one stop at a time to 1/60 of a second.
The RAW processing, and creating and saving the HDR was all done in Photoshop CS/4. The HDR was then opened and tone mapped in Photomatix.
The final clean up and image correction/enhancement work was done back in Photoshop.
