Location : near the small village of Dundry, Somerset, only 10 miles or so from our home. We joined a group of “Flickr’ites” on a photowalk today and this was one of the scenics that appealed to me. Yes, I know it breaks the rule of allowing a wall to block your way into an image, but for me it works. How about you? It was a pleasant stroll over the hilltops and around the village. This image was captured on a tripod using a Canon G10 compact camera that has been modified for infrared. It was shot on Manual at 1/160th of a second at f/5.6 and ISO 100. The camera autofocused on the wall! The RAW processing and image editing and painting was all done in Photoshop CS/5. Click here to improve your photography ... on the Isle of Wight |
