Location : the south side of Old Winchester Hill about 15 miles north of our home in Gosport.

This image was captured early one afternoon using a tripod-mounted Canon 5DmkIII camera and an unusual lens for me especially for landscape the Canon EF100-400mm f/5.6 L IS lens and it was set at 200mm. I used autofocus on the tree. The camera was set to manual exposure mode, f/5.6, ISO 100 and daylight white balance, and the exposure was 1/400th of a second. The lens aperture was wide open to blur the yellow in the foreground. The RAW processing and the final adjustments were all done in Photoshop CS/6.
